- Return your rug within 30 days of delivery
- If you’re not satisfied, you can return it—no questions asked
- The rug must be unused and in original condition
🔁 Easy Exchange Available
We also offer a simple exchange policy:
- ✅ Free Exchange (Our Mistake):
If you receive the wrong item, size, or design due to our error, we will replace it free of cost, including shipping. - 🔄 Exchange by Choice (Customer Preference):
If the product is correct but you don’t like it, you can still request an exchange.
In this case, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
💰 Return Costs & Charges
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer (unless it’s our mistake)
- Processing and handling fees are non-refundable
📦 How to Return or Exchange
- Request a return or exchange within 30 days
- Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack and ship the rug using your preferred courier
- Returns without approval will not be accepted
⚠️ Important Return Conditions
- Do not fold, tape, or staple the rug
- Rug must be unused, clean, and undamaged
- Damaged or used rugs will not be accepted
- A valid RAN is required before shipping
- Unauthorized returns may result in:
- Extra shipping charges
- Up to 20% service fee deduction
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance sale items
- Customized or made-to-order rugs
- Sample products
- Opened rug pads
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your rug arrives damaged or defective:
- We will replace it at no cost, or
- Provide a full refund, depending on availability
